今日は英会話のプレゼンです。
いつもの時間に行くとオレ1人になってしまうので、11時からのやつに行くことにした。
最初は"My Favorite City, Tachikawa"にする予定だったけど、電大の先生がみにくるかもしれないから学術的なやつにしてって言われてやったプレゼンがコレ↓
Have you heard about “Semiconductor”？
Today, I’d like to tell you about “Semiconductor”.
My speech will be divided into 3 sections.
First, I’ll talk about overview.
Next, I’ll talk about example of use.
Finally, I’ll talk about my graduation research.
A semiconductor such as silicon, material has an electrical conductivity value falling between that of a metal, like copper, gold, etc. and an insulator, such as glass.
Their resistance decreases as their temperature increases, which is behaviour opposite to that of a metal.
Some of the properties of semiconductor materials were observed throughout the mid 19th and first decades of the 20th century.
The first practical application of semiconductors in electronics was the 1904 development of early radio receivers.
The basis of diodes, transistors and all modern electronics is made of Semiconductor.
Now, Semiconductors are used for various things.
For example, consumer erectronics, LED, Smartphone, IC card and more!
You use semiconductor without realizing.
Finally, I researching semiconductors for using NaCl crystals everyday.
This summer, I succeed in making it the first in the world.
